Through Link-Live, clients can most importantly generate various WiFi heatmaps to validate network installations and changes, and diagnose common issues like adjacent and co-channel interference. The tool also provides information about the network configuration, like the different access points present on different channels and possible sources of interference. NetAlly’s devices also monitor specific channels to check for the over-utilization of networks. With the available information, a network engineer can quickly determine how efficiently the network is utilized and find issues impacting its users. The device can also analyze the roaming process and track network behavior when a user is physically roaming in the office space.
